Privacy overview for the MonFile beta.

MonFile is built for short-lived file processing from chat. This page explains the beta data model in plain language while a formal policy is prepared for public launch.

What MonFile stores

MonFile stores account and chat identifiers, message metadata, uploaded file metadata, batch and job records, AI request metadata, and temporary file keys needed to process requests.

How files are handled

Files are kept in temporary storage for conversion and delivery. Production defaults are designed around short retention and scheduled cleanup rather than permanent file archives.

How AI is used

AI helps understand user instructions, voice transcripts, and supported actions. Deterministic conversion tools perform the actual file processing.

Messaging platforms

When users message MonFile on Telegram, WhatsApp, or LINE, those platforms process the messages and media according to their own platform terms and policies.

Beta communications

Waitlist and beta signup information is used to contact early users about access, feedback, and product updates.

Deletion requests

During beta, users can request deletion of their signup or operational records by contacting the MonFile team from the email they used to join.
